Meeting department

The meetings department is fitted with state-of-the-art conference technologies and holds up to 260 persons. All meeting premises are situated around the same reception area, which has a cafeteria that easily arranges snacks and beverages for the meeting delegates. The premises also include an office room that the group can book partly or completely for their use.

Getting connected online is also easy, as the hotel has its own wireless and wired networks that may even be expanded if necessary.

• Hall 1 – for 80 persons in classroom format
• Hall 2 – for 120 persons (halls 1 and 2 can be joined)
• Halls 3-4 – for 24 persons (or as 2 workgroup spaces)
• Halls 5-6 – for 30 persons (or as 2 workgroup spaces)
