Terms of delivery

The booking is confirmed by payment of the booking fee, which is 40 – 150 € per person depending on the time and duration of the stay. The remaining sum shall be paid on arrival to the hotel. A confirmed booking may be cancelled with reimbursement of sums paid excluding the administrative charge of 20 €.

28 days before arrival. Any cancellations made less than 28 days prior to arrival will be charged the booking fee in full.

If necessary, the hotel reserves the right to change the booking to another accommodation destination of at least the same standard after discussing the matter with the customer. The hotel will compensate the guest for all direct costs incurred as a result of the transfer.

If the booking fee is not paid by the due date, the booking will be regarded as being cancelled. Earliest check-in time is 4 p.m. Latest check-out time on the departure date is 12 a.m. (midday).

All hotel bookings are legislated by the Hotel and Catering Decree.
